Anatel and ITU offer course on consumer rights
The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) offer a free online course on “Consumer Rights in Telecommunications Services”. The course is suitable for everyone interested in the topic and, in particular, for professionals from consumer protection entities and members of the User Councils.
Prepared by Anatel, in partnership with the ITU, the course is organized into seven modules that address the following topics: market organization, sectoral regulation, consumer rights legislation, Anatel’s role in the relationship with the consumer and service offer and collection .
The course content is all in Portuguese. The course must be completed within 30 days after confirmation of registration. Students who pass all modules will receive a certificate of completion from the ITU.
