Dane Avanzi participates in national debate about the Uber app, reinforcing that consumer opinion prevails in the understanding between public administration and taxi drivers.
The magazine Brasil program on Friday (31) gave space for controversy involving the application of Uber drivers and taxi drivers. According to the creators of the app, the goal is to connect passengers to private drivers. Part of the taxi drivers, in turn, claims that it is an illegal application.
The service has been working here in Brazil since last year. Taxi owners have been protesting in several cities, including Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. In the midst of this controversy, in search of a quality transport service with good price, are the citizens.
The program was attended by the lawyer and member of the Committee on Institutional Affairs of OAB-DF, Rômulo Nagib; the entrepreneur, lawyer and vice president of the Association of Radiocommunication Companies of Brazil (Aerbras), Dane Avanzi; and the attorney and legal advisor of the Brazilian Association of Taxi Drivers Associations and Cooperatives, Fábio Godoy.
